- Cancellation Policy: A 3 day/72 hour notice is required or a $85 fee will be charged before your next appointment can me made. For missed scheduled appointments/No Show, the owner is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled services.
- Owner presents a pet that is healthy enough to be groomed. Grooming may expose pre-existing health and skin problems for which ‘Bubbles Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC cannot be held liable for.
- Grooming on an elderly pet or pet with health problems is at owner’s risk.
- Bubbles’ Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC will exercise all due responsible care to prevent injury or illness to owners pet. However in the event of illness, injury, or death, resulting from a pre-existing condition, the owner of pet will not personally hold liable the owner, Marylynn Huckeba, of Bubbles’ Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC for such instances.
- Pet Owner authorizes Bubbles’ Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC to seek emergency veterinarian care while pet is in their care, at owner’s expense, if deemed necessary for the health and well-being of the pet.
- Owner understands that de-matting, shaving, stripping and carding may cause hair loss, patchiness, skin irritations, sores or cuts and may expose pre-existing skin conditions. Bubbles’ Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC will discuss the best recommended haircut for your pet and will only perform grooming in the safest manner.
- Owner understands that pet’s nails will be clipped, thus with the possibility of exposing the quick, which may or may not bleed, at the time of grooming, but therefore may afterwards. In the event nails bleed during the pet’s grooming service, Bubbles’ Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC will apply septic powder and notify the owner. Should a pets nails bleed after the grooming appointment, please contact us by, phone, text or email or contact your veterinarian for treatment options.
- Owner is responsible for all property damage or injury to a person caused by their pet while under the care of Bubbles’ Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC.
- Owner understands that NO-ONE is allowed in the mobile grooming salon while a pet is being serviced. You are more than welcome to check in on your pet while being groomed. Please call or text ahead of time to ensure the excitement of your pet seeing you does not pose a risk of injury while being groomed.
- Owner agrees to pay for all grooming services deemed necessary. Some services may not be able to be preformed if pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive.
- Owner understands that all quoted grooming prices are ESTIMATES and may be increased/decreased based on coat condition, skin condition, special handling needs, demeanor of the pet and other additional services requested by the owner at the time of services.
- We Do Not accept pets with fleas. If a pet is found to have fleas there will be a charge at the discretion of management / groomer.
- Owner understands that the pets RABIES vaccine must be current and up to date prior to grooming services, DAPP and Bordetella vaccines are highly recommended for all pets of any age. Failure to keep these vaccines current are the sole responsibility of the pet owner and Bubbles’ Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC will not be held liable for any illness resulting from lacking recommended vaccines.
- Website and Social Media: Bubbles Mobile Grooming Parlor, LLC uses Social Media to promote and educate on services of our services. Groomers take photos and videos of pets before, during and after such services. By signing this agreement dose not enter you into automatic release of your pet being used for such purpose. Should you not wish your pets photos or videos be shared on any of our Social Media content, please contact the office and or your groomer.
