Covid-19 Re-Opening Procedures and Policies
Dear Client,
During these new times, I want to thank you for choosing me as your groomer to take care of your furry family member. I would like to assure you that I am following state and city mandates. I am also following all sanitation protocols per Center For Disease control website. I am taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of your family as well as my own.
That being said, there are some new guidelines. Some are not new, but will be strictly enforced. No one is allowed in the grooming trailer but me, the groomer, and the pet being groomed. There is no way to have proper social distance in the grooming trailer. Upon arrival for your appointment, please walk your pet(s) to the grooming trailer. Please have your dog(s) on a leash or in a crate. I will slip my lead on, you will then take yours off. Please know that all of my slip leads, grooming loops, scrubs and entire trailer are disinfected and sprayed down in between every appointment. Once I am finished with your fur one(s), I will call or text you. Please meet me at the trailer and put your pets collar/leash on and I will take mine off.
Please understand that conversations will be strictly limited to your pets grooming needs. This will be difficult for me to follow as well! Please do not be alarmed by me covering my face, its a precaution for your safety as well as my own. If anyone is sick in your home, please let me know so that we can reschedule.
Payments:
Checks or Cash:
I will have a zip pouch for you to drop your payment into so that I can disinfect it later.
Card Payments:
At this time, I am not using my phone to take payments. If paying by card, an invoice will be sent to your email and must be paid 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to pay will cancel your appointment unless you notify me that you will be paying with a check or with cash.
I want to let everyone know that I take my temperature daily. I practice social distancing. I do not leave except to work. I wash my hands nonstop. I wear a cover over my face. If I had any fever or felt ill in anyway, I will have to cancel appointments and you will be notified ASAP.

Ps: I am not doing bandanas, bows or ties right now. It one more thing to keep sanitary and one less risk. Please understand I’ll have them back once life goes back to normal!
